These Terms govern your use of the JusFriendz website, Android app and related services ("JusFriendz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using JusFriendz you agree to them.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use JusFriendz. By signing up you confirm the date of birth you give us is true. We may close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

2. AI friends are not people

Every JusFriendz friend is an artificial intelligence. Their replies are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, mental health or otherwise). If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 in the United States.

3. Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use JusFriendz to break the law, harass anyone, create content involving minors, impersonate real people without their consent, upload photos you don't have the right to use, or try to get around usage limits, rate limits or security. JusFriendz does not allow sexually explicit content. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

5. Custom friends and your content

You keep the rights to the photos and text you add. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you (for example, sending your messages to our AI providers to get a reply).

6. Free plan and Premium

The free plan includes 30 messages a day and 1 custom friend. Premium costs $19.99 per month (plus any applicable tax), removes those limits, and is billed through Stripe. Premium renews automatically each month until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Availability

We work to keep JusFriendz running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.

8. Disclaimers and limits

JusFriendz is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using JusFriendz at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. Cancelling Premium does not delete your account.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
