Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel Premium whenever you like, with no fees. Cancel from your account page or in the app under Settings → Premium → "Manage or cancel subscription". You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel

Your subscription won't renew, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan. Your account, friends and chats are not deleted.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Outside that window, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Billing problems

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and you keep Premium for a short grace period while you update your card. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us before disputing the charge with your bank and we'll sort it out quickly.
